Neil Ritter is been tattooing in the Houston area since 2007. He join 3rd Generation Ink in 2015. Enjoys doing American traditional, Japanese, neo-traditional, black and gray, and fine line styled tattoos, but he can do pretty much any style tattoo to suit your needs. He’s been drawing and painting as long as he can remember, also been building tattoos machines and custom tattoo equipment for 10 years.
He’s at the shop Wednesday-sunday. looking forward to working with new clients and designing tattoos just for them.
